Mother Mary is the city of God, as stated by St. Louis De Montfort, which rises the vision of her heart being the new garden of Eden; the paradise of all graces. It was the Immaculata that recieved the seed from the Holy Spirit at the annunciation and grew that Love by the waters of faith in the promises of God, which thus made the Word become flesh. The viriginal womb was as the garden of purity that protected the Divine Child against the corrupt serpent in the world. I compare the thought of the mantle of her garments shielding us as her adopted children underneath the shelter of God’s grace. She showers us with grace to conform our hearts like unto hers so that the kingdom of God may grow and dwell within the hearts of men, so that like her they may become transformed like unto her Son, the King of kings. Her thus being the Queen of the true temple of Solomon holding the ark of the covenant, the tower of David, the Word within her whole self. I believe that this is the remedy heaven has offered to us, that Her Immaculate heart make us “good ground”(Matt 13:8) and help us listen ” Whatsoever he shall say to you, do ye ” (John 2:5) and allow the city of God in our hearts to guard the Kingdom against the sin of the world.
Mary the shelter of God
He, The Word made Flesh, is calling us to listen to Our Lady in how to become “handmaids” to the Lord and be able to let Him reign in our hearts like She did. He is coming to be King our lives and is calling us to the Truth…
the social distancing from Sin, so the social Kingship of Christ may reign like it does in the Heart of Mary.
Mark 1:15
[15]And saying: The time is accomplished and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent and believe the gospel:
Before this message by Our Lord, St. John the Baptist preached a similar message in the desert. Are we not facing our spiritual desert as a Church? Now that we live in a world gone silent to the faith, which our forefathers taught us always will protected us. The same faith that has been the anchor of Truth and reminded us what God has created us for goodness and our purpose to love Him.
Romans 12:2
[2]And be not conformed to this world: but be reformed in the newness of your mind, that you may prove what is the good and the acceptable and the perfect will of God.
Yet, we as a family of faith must ask ourselves are we merely asking for the material healing and end of the problems of our lives, but why are we not praying to ask for humanity to distance itself from sin? Are we as God’s children removing sin from our lives? The truest and most greatest affliction is an apostasy of faith, the lack in belief in the supernatural Almighty God, presence of Christ in the Eucharist as the true medicine for our soul and body, and the greatest root of sickness being Sin that separates us from God. It is as if we are asking Christ, like the early disciples, to come give us the miracle that fed the 5,000 and answer our material needs, but they asked for a sign and did not believe in Him being the Bread of Life (John 6: 27-35). Yet when He asks us if we will leave Him too, do we give Him our trust and believe? (John 6:69-71)
I say this as I discern and pray for the souls suffering from this illness without their family’s presence or the access of the sacraments of last rites for the dying. This man made pandemic has revealed that we are very distant from God. I see many cover their faces with mask, yet so much evils like abortion, drugs, immodesty, addictions, and vices remain exposed with no attention to the illiness of Sin. The wisdom of the Church has always taught Her children to approach the difficulties with reason and faith, so to work to keep the preserve the of body and soul in the grace of God. Yet, the soul in mortal sin, is more in danger then one dying in the state of grace. We have allowed the labeling of the mass and the parish churches to be non essential in our society to keep our bodies safe from the world, yet I pray that the souls that needed the witness of Catholics Christians to show the pagan society, dying of the sickness of sin, the power of mercy of God as the true shelter from death.
Mark 8:35-38
[35]For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel shall save it.
[36]For what shall it profit a man, if he gain the whole world and suffer the loss of his soul?
[37]Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul:
[38]For he that shall be ashamed of me and of my words, in this adulterous and sinful generation: the Son of man also will be ashamed of him, when he shall come in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.
If we place the word of men over the divine law we have made idols of the same evil we have been trying to fight by putting our trust in them. We are thus listening to devils influencing the men of the world, which believe that evil is good and good is evil; example, the right to life for the innocent souls by abortion, has killed over 13 million babies since January 2020. Marijuana and liquor stores remain open.
Jeremiah 17:5
[5]Thus saith the Lord: Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord.
God is justice and mercy, may we rely on His mercy through the graces of Our Lady to show us the way to expose the evils of the world by the witness of faithfulness to Christ the King.
Matthew 10:16-28
[16]Behold I send you as sheep in the midst of wolves. Be ye therefore wise as serpents and simple as doves.
[17]But beware of men. For they will deliver you up in councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues.
[18]And you shall be brought before governors, and before kings for my sake, for a testimony to them and to the Gentiles:
[19]But when they shall deliver you up, take no thought how or what to speak: for it shall be given you in that hour what to speak:
[20]For it is not you that speak, but the spirit of your Father that speaketh in you.
[21]The brother also shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the son; and the children shall rise up against their parents, and shall put them to death.
[22]And you shall be hated by all men for my name’s sake: but he that shall persevere unto the end, he shall be saved.
[23]And when they shall persecute you in this city, flee into another. Amen I say to you, you shall not finish all the cities of Israel, till the Son of man come.
[24]The disciple is not above the master, nor the servant above his lord.
[25]It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the good man of the house Beelzebub, how much more them of his household?
[26]Therefore fear them not. For nothing is covered that shall not be revealed: nor hid, that shall not be known.
[27]That which I tell you in the dark, speak ye in the light: and that which you hear in the ear, preach ye upon the housetops.
[28]And fear ye not them that kill the body, and are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him that can destroy both soul and body in hell.
Praise be Jesus and Mary, now and forever. The Lord’s peace be with you all.
(Reminder: this is the 1st Saturday so please do the devotion to Her Immaculate Heart for reparation. Our Lady of Fatima pray for us.)
