In our sin we are like unto a virus to the Body of Christ, a contagion that courrupts the rest of the Body.
In our conversion by grace we are like an anti body being able to recognize the enemy and alert the Body and help in curing it.
Know that fear leds to sin, Christ words say : 
For what is it to gain the world at the cost of the soul. Remain in Christ, remain in grace and the faith in His promises, this is my solution.
